Prescribed Attire for the Oath-Taking Ceremony

• Inductees: Filipiniana / Barong Tagalog
• Guests: Formal attire
• School Representatives: Filipiniana / Barong Tagalog

NOTE: People wearing sando shirts, shorts, slippers, or sandals will NOT be allowed entry into the building by hotel security.

Schedule of Activities
To manage the time required to prepare the Inductees for the ceremonial procession, kindly be advised on the following schedule:

12:00 PM – Start of onsite registration
12:30 PM – Start of processional line-up arrangement
01:00 PM – Start of the Oath-Taking Ceremony
03:00 PM – Merienda Cena

NOTE: There will be no lunch served during this event.

Event Reminders

• Bring a printed copy of your Oath Form which you can download upon registration for the Oath-Taking Ceremony from the PRC LERIS Website.
• Guests without event tickets will not be allowed entry to the venue.
• Please refrain from giving gifts or leis to oath takers until after the ceremony.
• Please bring a copy (digital or printed) of your electronic ticket (QR code) during registration.
• Guests and Inductees are seated separately.
• Children aged 2 and below may enter free of charge. However, due to limited space, strollers and carriers are not permitted inside the venue. We kindly ask that if your child becomes noisy or restless during the event, please be considerate of others and step outside with your child until they are comfortable to return.

Event Photos
Photo opportunities inside the hall will be allowed only AFTER the ceremony.

Official Photographers are available in the area, where you can avail of packages to get your official photos during the ceremony.
