Prescribed Attire for the Oath-Taking Ceremony

• Inductees: Filipiniana for females and Barong Tagalog for males
• Guests: Semi-formal attire
• School Representatives: Filipiniana for females and Barong Tagalog for males

NOTE: People wearing sando shirts, shorts, slippers, or sandals will NOT be allowed entry into the building by PICC security.

Schedule of Activities
To manage the time required to prepare the Inductees for the ceremonial procession, kindly be advised on the following schedule:

01:00 PM – Start of onsite registration and release of event tickets
04:00 PM – Start of processional line-up arrangement
05:00 PM – Start of the Oath-Taking Ceremony

NOTE: There will be no food to be served during this event.

Event Tickets

To minimize inconvenience, we highly encourage the Inductees to claim the tickets before the event. Tickets for the event are available for pick-up on the following dates and locations. Kindly present your online confirmation email to claim your tickets. Please keep your tickets in a safe place. All tickets for batch 2 will be released only at PICC on February 4, 2025, 1 PM onwards (Batch 2 oathtakers arriving earlier than 1 PM will NOT be entertained). LOST TICKETS WILL NOT BE REPLACED.

Event Reminders

• Bring a printed copy of your Oath Form which you can download upon registration for the Oath-Taking Ceremony from the PRC LERIS Website.
• Bring a printed copy of your e-ticket, which you can download from your account here.
• Children below 7 years old will NOT be allowed entry into the building.
• Guests without event tickets will not be allowed entry to the venue.
• Please refrain from giving gifts or leis to oathtakers until after the ceremony.

Membership to Accredited Professional Organization (APO) for Radiologic Technologists
The Philippine Association of Radiologic Technologists, Inc. (PART) is the accredited professional organization by the Professional Regulation Commission for Radiologic Technologists. Membership to the association is available onsite for Php 600.00.

Should you wish to be a member of the Philippine Association of Radiologic Technologists, Inc. (PART), kindly bring a passport size or 2×2 photograph

Event Photos
Photo opportunities inside the hall will be allowed only AFTER the ceremony. Photographers are available in the area to get your official photos during the ceremony which you may claim in their booth for Php 700.00.
