To ensure a smooth registration process, please carefully follow the steps and guidelines outlined below when completing the registration form.

Eligibility Criteria

Before proceeding with registration, please ensure that you meet the following requirements:

1. Registration is open to all Licensed Customs Brokers.

2. Must hold a valid Professional Identification Card issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

3. Must possess a 2025 Certificate of Good Standing issued by the Philippine Chamber of Customs Brokers, Inc. (PCCBI).

Important Notes

By registering, you agree to the PCCBI Privacy Policy. All information provided will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for registration and verification purposes. Please review all information before submitting your registration form to ensure accuracy. Once submitted, changes cannot be made. If you need to amend your details, contact the PCCBI Secretariat immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and further instructions within 72 hours.

Penalty Clause

Participation in the National Convention is free of charge for all valid registrants. However, failure to attend without justifiable cause, as determined by the PCCBI Board of Trustees, will result in a penalty fee of ₱3,000.00.

Event Reminders

• Present your electronic ticket(s) at the venue to confirm your attendance. [electronic tickets have QR codes]
• Guests without event tickets will not be allowed entry to the venue.

CONSENT FORM
